The exercise bank is derived from the author's many years of teaching experience in production and operations management, and references materials provided by some foreign textbooks on production and operations management. The exercise bank includes three types of questions: true/false questions, multiple-choice questions, and calculation questions. For calculation questions, in addition to providing answers, solutions are also given to facilitate student learning. The cases included in this textbook are all written by faculty and graduate students. These cases come from enterprises and institutions in various industries in China, reflecting the actual production and operations activities in the country and are localized cases.
