The compilation of this series is a pioneering effort and a timely necessity. It has three key features:
1. Comprehensive structure, covering the main areas of school mental health education.
2. Strong practicality, presented in the form of a manual, making it easy to understand and use.
3. Localization—after introducing, absorbing, applying, and refining, it summarizes outcomes suitable for the local context, with high value.

Famous psychologist Piaget said: "The two factors of the educational relationship are, on one hand, the social rational and moral values, and on the other hand, the developing individual. The interaction between these two aspects constitutes a dynamic process mediated by psychological activities." From the perspective of implementing quality education in schools, this means that if school education only emphasizes knowledge and skills while neglecting the development of emotions, behaviors, and psychology, it will be incomplete and imperfect. Based on a deep understanding of the profound connotations of quality education, our district established the research topic "Regional Student Counseling Research" at the end of 1997. It aimed to absorb the theories, methods, and techniques of foreign "Student Counseling Studies," combine them with the actual conditions of the region, explore new best interactive models for student counseling, and build a regional student counseling system to better help every child develop healthily and strive to let them enjoy the brilliance of life.
Counseling is a process, fundamentally a process that accompanies student growth. During this process, students have various needs, and different problems may arise at different developmental stages. It is crucial to consider the role counseling should play. Our district's student counseling research focuses on three major sections: "Learning Psychology Counseling," "Personality Psychology Counseling," and "Life Psychology Counseling," conducted through group and individual counseling. In practice, we adhere to combining corrective counseling with preventive and developmental counseling, implementing a strategy that prioritizes preventive and developmental counseling.
A summary of the research on learning psychology counseling over the years is provided. Theoretically, it explores the application of game-based group counseling techniques to intervene with students with learning difficulties. It clarifies the purpose, significance, activity design techniques, activity facilitation skills, and activity evaluation methods of learning psychology counseling activities, and lists practical learning psychology counseling activity design plans.
