It also nurtured the Yan'an Spirit, which is characterized by a firm political direction, a line of emancipating the mind and seeking truth from facts, a fundamental purpose of serving the people wholeheartedly, and an entrepreneurial spirit of self-reliance and hard struggle. For decades, the Yan'an Spirit has nurtured generation after generation of Chinese people who carry forward the legacy, composing one song after another of the era's heroic hymns for achieving meritorious deeds. Practice has proven that the Yan'an Spirit is the spiritual driving force for the development and growth of our Party and the achievement of great undertakings. Whether in the past, present, or future, the Yan'an Spirit continues to radiate eternal brilliance, full of vitality of the times. The exhibition "The Yan'an Spirit Will Shine Forever" aims to vigorously promote the Yan'an Spirit, hold high the great banners of Marxism-Leninism, Mao Zedong Thought, and Deng Xiaoping Theory, faithfully practice the Important Thought of "Three Represents," establish and implement the Scientific Outlook on Development, and strive to achieve the grand goal of building a moderately prosperous society in all respects proposed by the 16th National Congress of the Party and the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.
