The title of this book is "Jin Nian," which originates from the reverence for silk along the Dunhuang Silk Road. It can be translated as "Silk-like Years," or directly as "Brocade Years, This Year." What was Dunhuang like a year ago? What about a thousand years ago? The sun fades away before the season even begins, leaving no sound behind. Only the camphor tree appears repeatedly in one paragraph after another, either at the beginning or the end. The green, gradually intensifying descriptions set the stage for the magnificent finale. And you? Are you still wearing a white shirt and riding a bicycle, passing through the dappled shadows of the trees? And the memories? Those sleepless nights, barefoot, walking back and forth on the floor in solitude.
The first "bone-grade" youth literature book series in China, personally supervised and primarily written by Guo Jingming. A group of stylish young writers formed a youth literature studio, inheriting the dream of Chinese beauty and passionate lives with independent writing styles, designs, and tastes—inevitably sparking another wave of enthusiasm for youth literature.
