Features: The "Training Course for High School Students' Psychological Adaptability" was specifically designed for the research project "Development and Cultivation of Psychological Adaptability in Primary and Secondary School Students." As the primary measure of this experiment, psychological adaptation training classes have indeed played a significant role in enhancing students' psychological adaptability and fostering the formation and development of good psychological qualities. Based on two rounds of trial use, we have made additional supplements and modifications. Currently, the teaching content of the "Training Course for High School Students' Psychological Adaptability" covers four major categories: environmental adaptation, academic adaptation, interpersonal adaptation, and frustration adaptation, totaling 8 units and 30 class hours. Each lesson consists of two parts: a teaching plan and background materials. The teaching plan is illustrative, providing teachers with a reference example but not necessarily a strict template to follow. The background materials offer teachers foundational knowledge and reference materials related to the teaching content. Since students in different grades vary, teachers should tailor the teaching plan to the actual needs of their grade level, selecting targeted content for redesign. Regarding the forms and methods introduced in the lesson plans, instructors can adjust them as needed. The main features of this course are: 1. Clear objectives and strong targeting, with all courses designed around the core content of cultivating middle school students' psychological adaptability; 2. The entire course is composed of a series of thematic units, each unit has both a certain logical connection and relative independence, and can be taught in order systematically or reorganized and designed according to actual needs; 3. The course design is concise and clear, with well-defined objectives, leaving considerable room for instructors to exercise creativity; 4. The background materials are rich and comprehensive, featuring diverse activity formats, content with a certain theoretical depth, and providing space for both students and teachers to reflect.
