Perhaps you are still at the crossroads of talent, or perhaps you are still about the following questions. Congratulations, this book will guide you, answer your doubts: How should I arrange my university time? How should I prepare for the long term to find a good job? Do I need to pursue postgraduate studies, through examination or recommendation? Which graduate programs are suitable for me? Should I go abroad? To which country? This book is another masterpiece by the author team of the best-selling books "US Study Application White Paper," "UK Study Application White Paper," and "US Visa Application White Paper." It reveals the journey of college students from diverse backgrounds—from entering university to graduation and beyond success, uncovering the essence of university life and painting a grand blueprint for growth. The right methods combined with hard work can transform a swan from a duck, while wasting time and choosing the wrong direction can ruin a student's future. Our survey of 25 universities across the country found that a significant number of students lack even a basic understanding of careers, let alone career rules and awareness. They don’t know what they can do or what they want to do. Their four years of university seem full and busy, but in reality, they are aimlessly occupied. To address this issue, the HiAll team spent nearly a year conducting in-depth research on the vocational education system in the United States and the materials from six U.S. university career guidance centers. They widely collected cases across the country, forming a case library of over 150 cases. In the end, they selected more than 30 protagonists, all impeccable and outstanding. They come from vastly different backgrounds—some are top students from Peking University and Tsinghua University, while others are ordinary students from general undergraduate, junior college, or even private schools. Despite their varying qualifications and backgrounds, they are all proactive, enthusiastic, and ultimately achieve success. Each case is unique, and the effective information they convey varies. However, many share commonalities. The HiAll team comprehensively applies the case analysis method of Harvard Business School, going through four stages: competitive advantage and disadvantage analysis, growth trajectory analysis, execution and feedback analysis, and multi-angle analysis, as well as challenging conventional notions. Using analytical tools such as SWOT and benchmark management, they help you reasonably design your own life path.
