Ancient Tribe Re-examined

Features: This book aims to outline the migration processes of the Wu, Tao Tang, and You Yu tribes, in order to construct a hypothesis about the origins of the "Saka" peoples. The predecessor of the Yuezhi was You Yu, and the Western Yi Xia and the Central Yi Xia were of the same lineage, a theory already proposed by Mr. Xu Zhongshu. The (Yun Xing) is also identified as the Saka in the Ming Dynasty history. However, for a long time, neither believers nor skeptics have further elaborated on or critiqued these ideas. Today, with significant progress in the study of ancient Central Asia and the major strides made in the research of China's ancient history, it seems possible to delve deeper into these viewpoints and materials. Additionally, for my research on the Saka history, there has been an important unresolved issue: the identification of Arimaspi (the one-eyed people) as the trigger for the migration movement of the Eurasian steppe peoples described by Herodotus in the late 7th century BCE. Here, I also attempt to present my recent considerations on this matter. Therefore, this book can be considered a continuation of my work, Studies on the History of the Saka.
