Features: The "Little Pea" series of Pinyin readers is a very interesting set of picture books. Not only do they contain engaging stories, but they also feature many cute illustrations, making them very popular among children. This book is one of them. In this book, you will hear a strange and wonderful story called "Man Turns into Cat"! The boy Bubu dislikes going to school and doing homework, so he comes up with a plan to turn himself into a cat along with his good friends Lai Gao and Wang Duojia. Once the idea is in mind, they start taking action! They learn how to eat like a cat, sleep like a cat, sneeze like a cat, and be active at night. However, just as Bubu's efforts begin to show progress—he grows a cat tooth—he gives up all his efforts. He realizes that the cat language he speaks is incomprehensible to anyone else. Indeed, how can humans understand cat language? As a result, they nearly missed their chance to visit the wildlife park! This story is humorous and highlights the theme of reducing the burden on students.
