Features: The Xingshen Temple Stele, when unearthed, was missing its upper half, hence the popular name [Half-Length Stele], also known as [General Wu Wen of the State of Zhen]. This stele was collected by the monk Daya of Xingfu Temple in the calligraphy of Wang Xizhi, in running script, with thirty-five lines, each containing twenty-three or twenty-four characters. This stele, along with the Huai'en Collection of Wang Xizhi's works [Holy Teaching Preface], is considered a masterpiece among the Tang Dynasty steles that collected Wang Xizhi's calligraphy. It is now published in a photolithographic edition based on the original ( refers to the earliest printed version of a stele or rubbing) to provide learners and enthusiasts of calligraphy with opportunities for study and appreciation.
