Features: The Great Wall has dozens of famous passes, each majestic and spectacular, with unique scenery. In the northeast of Qinhuangdao City, Hebei Province, the Great Wall flows down from the mountains southward, striking the Bohai Sea, forming Shanhai Pass, known as the "Pass under Heaven." Where it enters the sea is the eastern endpoint of the Great Wall—the famous Laolongtou. This pass connects the mountains and sea, with the city walls centered in a square formation, flanked by towers and passes, exuding the of "One man can guard at the pass, and ten thousand cannot break through." Lying in the Yan Mountains gorge over 50 kilometers northwest of Beijing is the famous scenic spot Juyong Pass. This pass, built during the Ming Dynasty, is sandwiched between two mountains. Inside the city walls, there remains a beautifully carved Yun Tai. Clear streams wind through the Juyong Valley, surrounded by layered peaks and cliffs, earning its place among the "Eight Scenic Views of Yanjing" as "Juyong's Overlapping Greenery." The western end of the Ming Great Wall, Jia, is located in the western part of Gansu Province and is the most complete remaining section of the Great Wall passes.
