Features: Virtual economy is a new economic term that emerged in the late 20th century in the world economy. Due to the relatively late recognition of the virtual economy, the economic community has not yet reached a consensus on its concept, and there are differing views on its exact meaning. However, whether in capitalist or socialist societies, economic professionals have reached a consensus: the virtual economy does indeed exist and is affecting our lives. Overall, we divide the application of the virtual economy in corporate management into three parts for research: The first part studies the application of virtual capital economy, focusing on virtual capital and its forms of movement, analyzing the application of virtual capital in corporate operations. The second part examines the application of information technology in corporate economic activities, where industrial informatization and corporate informatization are elaborated separately, with a special analysis of the differences between industrial informatization and the perspective of the information industry, as well as the theoretical factors influencing corporate industrial informatization. When analyzing the positioning of corporate industrial informatization, a more comprehensive analysis of the positioning of traditional enterprises is provided. The third part explores the application of network technology in large enterprises, discussing the current state of network operations, the expectations of e-commerce, and the reforms of traditional enterprises under the network economy, providing a theoretical basis for enterprises to establish e-commerce.
