Features: The new round of educational reform, curriculum reform, and examination reform has led to significant changes in China's college admission system, especially in the reform of examination content, which has further emphasized the assessment of candidates' innovative abilities, practical skills, and comprehensive qualities. How to scientifically and effectively explore the patterns of the new college entrance examination (Gaokao) to achieve the best educational output with the least input, and to secure outstanding Gaokao results to enter prestigious universities, is not only the dream of countless students but also the continuous pursuit of educators nationwide. This series of books has been meticulously crafted by the entire teaching staff of Qidong High School, who have created the "Qidong Educational Miracle," comprehensively summarizing the intellectual achievements of the junior and senior high school teachers in teaching and review guidance at Qidong High School over the past few years, especially since the "3X" Gaokao reform and the new curriculum reform. It effectively addresses how to scientifically and effectively improve students' knowledge levels and learning abilities under the new curriculum and Gaokao, as well as how to promote the wider dissemination and utilization of Qidong High School's high-quality educational resources, enabling teachers and students from other schools nationwide to share in the "authentic practice" of Qidong High School.
During the actual writing process, the junior and senior high school teaching and review schedules are divided into two rounds for the junior high school examination (Zhongkao) and three rounds for the Gaokao. Zhongkao Authentic Practice includes six subjects: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, and Politics in each round. Gaokao Authentic Practice includes nine subjects in each round: Chinese, Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Politics, History, and Geography, with an additional two comprehensive volumes for "Arts Comprehensive" and "Science Comprehensive" in the third round. Each round's subject books are divided into two parts: A and B. Part A serves as a guide for teachers and students to interpret key points, featuring main sections such as "Exam Outline Navigation, Key Point Analysis, Exam Question Analysis, Common Mistakes, and Gaokao Forecast." Part B is a "Synchronous Strengthening Training" used alongside Part A. In essence, this series is an invaluable practical tutorial for Zhongkao and Gaokao comprehensive reviews.
This edition has been carefully revised, incorporating the outstanding achievements of educational, curriculum, and examination reforms from across the country over the past year. The newly revised second edition of each sub-series reflects the collective wisdom of dozens of experienced junior and senior high school teachers at Qidong High School. Starting from the cultivation of students' innovative and practical abilities, a large number of questions have been meticulously compiled, selected, and analyzed. Through collective lesson planning, continuous refinement, and careful integration, the series combines originality with classic materials to fully align with the requirements of the new Zhongkao and Gaokao. Specifically:
- First Round (Foundation): Organized by chapters or units, with a focus on interpreting key points from the new Exam Outline for the Zhongkao, supplemented by extensive exam question analysis.
- Second Round (Ability): Divided into thematic lectures and strengthening training, emphasizing the development of interdisciplinary comprehensive and applied abilities, as well as innovation, while also including cross-disciplinary thematic lectures and training.
- Third Round (Final Sprint): Designed for students preparing for simulation exams in April and May, featuring 15 carefully crafted Zhongkao and Gaokao mock tests. These tests scientifically construct a new platform for the latest training in "Exam Outline, Key Points, and Exam Questions" to achieve an "authentic zero-distance" connection with the 2006 Zhongkao and Gaokao, serving as an effective guide for exam preparation.
"Through countless efforts, though arduous, the relentless pursuit of truth will eventually bear fruit." The Zhongkao and Gaokao questions selected in this series, as well as the predictions for these exams, are scientifically and standardized questions extracted from thousands of others. Combined with the latest original questions created by Qidong High School teachers, they possess exceptional value, authority, guidance, and relevance. Their purpose is to help students accurately grasp problem-solving patterns, improve their review efficiency, and enhance their exam-taking skills.
