Publish Date: 2005-06-01
Features: This book is a research outcome of the "Reform Plan for Teaching Content and Curriculum System in Higher Education Towards the 21st Century" by the Ministry of Education. It is a textbook for the 21st century and a national key textbook for the "Nineth Five-Year Plan" in general higher education. The previous edition won the National Excellent Teaching Material Special Award and the Second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award. To adapt to the new trends of the electronic information era and the urgent need to cultivate cross-century electronic technology talents, significant revisions were made to its content based on the third edition, following teaching reform and practice. Conventional content was selected, and basic knowledge of electronic systems and signals, as well as new devices and technologies, were added. This includes new methods for analyzing and designing electronic circuits using CAD technology. Examples, review questions, and exercises were rewritten for better teaching. The book is published in two parts: analog and digital. The digital part includes: fundamentals of digital logic, logic gates, analysis and design of combinational logic circuits, common combinational logic functional devices, flip-flops, analysis and design of sequential logic circuits, common sequential logic functional devices, memory and programmable logic devices, generation and transformation of pulse waveforms, digital-to-analog and analog-to-digital converters, and fundamentals of digital system design. This book is reviewed by Professor Yi Chengbin of Southeast University. It can be used as a textbook for the "Fundamentals of Electronic Technology" course in electrical and information engineering majors in higher education institutions (including former automation, electrical, and electronic majors, etc.), and can also serve as a reference for technicians engaged in electronic technology engineering.
