1. To ensure the law-based administration of various judicial administrative organs at all levels, our Ministry compiles and publishes the "Rules Collection of the People's Republic of China on Judicial Administration" annually. This book is the collection for the year 2003.

For convenience of use, rules formulated by other departments involving judicial administrative work are also appended.
