Features: Organized according to the exam syllabus, categorically summarizes key points, explains them through case studies, and provides problem-solving approaches with charts and tables—first domestic innovation, crafted by PhDs,. Judicial exams are largely case-based. Beyond the basic question types in Paper 4 being narrowly defined as case questions, most single-choice, multiple-choice, and uncertain-choice questions in the other three papers are essentially case questions. Currently, almost all teaching materials are either purely theoretical explanations or interspersed with a few decorative case studies. A lack of appropriate and abundant case-based theoretical explanations can easily make the material feel dull and hinder candidates' practical skills. In light of this, we collaborated with Li Shichun of China Legal Publishing House to develop the National Judicial Examination Case Study Series. The series consists of four volumes: Civil and Commercial Law, Criminal Law, Procedural Law, and Economic, Administrative, and International Law. Organized by chapters of the national judicial exam syllabus, the series categorically summarizes frequently tested key points and analyzes them through case studies. During the problem-solving process, it strives to provide logical reasoning with charts and tables to achieve the effect of learning from one example to another. Additionally, it elaborates on key issues to be noted for each key point. Therefore, the features of this series are:
1. Using specific cases to explain specific key points;
2. Using specific analyses to clarify specific cases;
3. Expanding the knowledge space not covered in the analysis with relevant knowledge;
4. Connecting specific knowledge blocks into an organic and complete judicial exam knowledge system.
The authors of this tutorial series are all law PhDs with long-term research on judicial exams and years of participation in exam tutoring, respectively from Renmin University of China, China University of Political Science and Law, and Peking University. Their deep expertise in their respective fields ensures the professionalism and accuracy of the tutorial, while their extensive involvement in exam tutoring guarantees its relevance to the judicial exam.
