The "Operational Skills Assessment Manual" consists of five parts:
Part 1: "Question-Setting Approach" focuses on introducing the basic theories and technical approaches for the development of the operational skills question bank, serving as the foundation for understanding and mastering the fundamental principles of operational skills assessment for this profession (trade).
Part 2: "Instructions for Use" primarily explains the methods and precautions for using the operational skills assessment question bank.
Part 3: "Assessment Content Structure and Measurement Modules" provides the composition structure of operational skills assessment for this profession (trade), the measurement modules for assessment at this level, and the specific assessment requirements and scoring criteria for each measurement module. This is key to comprehensively understanding the overall requirements of the national question bank for operational skills assessment, grasping the specific requirements of this profession (trade) in terms of operational skills, and the assessment content and level of each measurement module.
Part 4: "Assessment Items" provides all operational skills assessment questions formulated in accordance with the assessment content and level requirements of each measurement module in Part 3.
Part 5: "Sample Question Paper Compilation" explains how to compile assessment question papers under general assessment conditions, and specifically provides detailed steps and precautions for compiling question papers that meet assessment level requirements under certain special circumstances.
