Features: I have been engaged in undergraduate education and teaching management for many years and have personally experienced the passion and dedication that Fudan University has invested in undergraduate education. From the academic year system to the credit system, from specialized education, category-based education to liberal arts and sciences platform education, from classroom learning as the main focus to encouraging participation in scientific research, from local-based social practice to expanding overseas exchange learning, and so on. From the perspective of a designer, our training philosophy and programs have become increasingly scientific, but it is difficult to understand the students' feelings or perceptions. After reading all these articles one by one, I believe that all the efforts we have made have truly benefited our students! I have always believed that different universities have different lives; different eras also have different lives. These ordinary students who have walked out of Fudan's campus show us the colorful campus life, whether they are focused on learning, research, lectures, practice, or communication and entertainment, their joys and sorrows are manifold. Their articles are filled with love for their alma mater and teachers, as well as a practical introduction to their own experiences in learning, research, and life. Each article is imbued with the hardships and sincere pursuit of studying, full of youthful vitality and beautiful ideals. This is the life of Fudan students today! For alumni who have left campus for many years, this book can evoke their nostalgia for their alma mater and help them see their own reflections; for students who have yet to enter Fudan's campus, it can help them understand the rich and diverse life in the ivory tower and feel the charm, philosophy, and spirit of China's "Jiangnan academic institution" with its ivy.
