Coupled with the abstract nature of legal norms and the specialization of legal language, this has posed significant challenges for citizens and legal professionals in accurately understanding legal content. Moreover, there are still many areas in China's existing legal system that require improvement. How to correctly understand and apply the law has become an urgent issue before us. To help readers accurately grasp the specific content and judicial application of Chinese law, and to enable judicial and law enforcement workers to better understand the legislative intent of laws, regulations, and judicial interpretations, we have organized legal and judicial experts, as well as experienced lawyers, to compile this series, "Legal Express."
This series is a highly practical and accessible legal reading material. Our goal is to interpret laws and legal principles in a lively and engaging manner, better promoting socialist democracy and the rule of law, and improving the overall legal literacy of the public. The series has the following key features:
First, the rationality of case selection. Currently, China has issued tens of thousands of laws and regulations, making it extremely inconvenient for citizens to study and use the law. Therefore, this series primarily selects typical and representative cases that have a significant impact, broad coverage, and are closely related to the daily lives of the public, providing detailed explanations to help citizens grasp relevant legal knowledge in a relatively short time.
Second, the readability of case content. As a popular legal reading material, the series features vivid and clear writing. The cases selected are highly typical and representative. In terms of legal theory and analysis, the series offers a high theoretical level with accurate conceptual expressions and in-depth, easy-to-understand analysis. This allows readers to gradually improve their legal knowledge and application skills through enjoyable reading.
Third, the originality of case format. The series is neither a theoretical work in law nor a simple compilation of cases, but rather a perfect combination of theoretical analysis and classic cases. It progresses through four levels: case introduction, court judgment, legal issues, and legal analysis, using examples to illustrate theory and theory to dissect examples, organically integrating the four elements and creating a synergistic effect.
