Comprehensive exercises are designed to integrate new and old knowledge, reflecting the "rolling" nature of the training process and benefiting from a deeper understanding and application of new knowledge, as well as the formation of a systematic knowledge structure. Extended exercises focus on mental training.
The entire series is characterized by synchronization, foundation, and comprehensiveness.
