Features: The key to distinguishing one language from another lies in the use of grammar. English grammar is the set of rules and principles governing the English language and is a focal point of English learning. Therefore, mastering grammar is the prerequisite and foundation for English learners to excel in English. The author has been engaged in middle school English teaching for over ten years. During this period, the author has studied numerous English grammar books. These books are well-written, and the author has benefited greatly from them. However, for junior high school students who are just beginning to learn English, these grammars appear overly complex, and the exercises are too tricky. Additionally, most of them are organized around the ten parts of speech. Thus, the author began to think: could a grammar book be written that is simple, practical, progresses from easy to difficult, is straightforward without unnecessary embellishments, and is organized around small grammar points? Each grammar point would have corresponding categorization and exercises, allowing English beginners to use it as a reference for learning and practice. Guided by this idea, the author wrote this book based on years of teaching experience. This book can serve as a supplementary textbook for middle school English grammar and a review guide for the junior high school entrance examination, providing extracurricular tutoring and holiday remediation for middle school students.
