Features: "Half of a Heart" continues the theme of youth campus life found in the first two books, "I Sing of Song," but employs a more modern creative approach. Zeng Wei has meticulously crafted a perfect computer game in the novel, which is almost a magical myth depicting a tragic love story. The true protagonists of the novel are students at the same university in modern society, but in another scenario, they are actually the life-and-death lovers in the magical game. This reminds one of the touching masterpiece "The Double Life of Veronica" by the renowned international director Krzysztof Kieslowski, as well as the current trend of new directors in international cinema, who often use dual-structured films with time and space transitions. Due to the unique structure and strong appeal of the book, "Half of a Heart" has caught the attention of a well-known domestic film and television production company. Currently, the film rights of the novel are in negotiation.
