Features: With over thirty years of experience in wind bands and more than twenty years as the principal flutist, I have accumulated a wealth of knowledge and lessons. I believe the key to solving these problems lies in cultivating the cooperative awareness of performers and strengthening chamber music ensemble practice. Only by changing our mindset, integrating individuals into the collective, and viewing each person's performance as part of a collective creation can we address these issues. However, the most challenging aspect is the transformation of traditional concepts. For thousands of years, education has been dominated by the mindset of "hoping for one's children to succeed" and "standing out," with deeply rooted beliefs like "one mountain cannot accommodate two tigers." There is a strong emphasis on individual efforts while rarely fostering teamwork and cooperative spirit in children, which is out of sync with the development of modern society. To this end, I have carefully selected twelve classical pieces of different styles and compiled this flute quartet. I hope it can bring you and your collaborators a sense of beauty and wish you all the best in your cooperation!
