Features: According to the civil law theory of the continental legal system, the law that regulates property relationships is property law. Property law is divided into two main parts: property rights law and creditor's rights law. Property rights law is the law that regulates the ownership relationships of property, while creditor's rights law is the law that regulates the circulation relationships of property (primarily market transaction relationships). China's economic reform began with the development of market transactions, [2] and therefore places greater emphasis on the law that regulates property circulation relationships. The theoretical research on property rights law has also made significant progress, with numerous specialized research works on property rights law being published, creating a vibrant and prosperous research scene in property rights law. Additionally, during the five years from 1997 to the present, the national legislative body has issued several separate laws and regulations on property rights law. All of this marks the entry of China's property rights legislation and theoretical research into a new era. The textbook of "Property Rights Law" now presented to the readers was revised against this background. In this revision, the author has strived to incorporate the existing achievements in property rights legislation, while also reflecting the new findings, trends, and practical experiences of judicial courts in handling property rights cases, especially real estate cases. Therefore, it can be said that this book reflects the current level of research on property rights law.
