Features: Once you have learned the notes of a piece, when practicing the piano, you need to clearly be aware of the three roles you are responsible for:
1. Performer — Start by playing a few sentences.
2. Listener — Simultaneously listen to the sound of your own playing.
3. Critic — Judge and analyze your performance (e.g., too loud, too soft, too fast, or too slow).
The process of performing, listening, and critiquing needs to be repeated continuously until you finally feel satisfied. This is what practicing the piano is all about.
All piano players have an unfavorable condition — they cannot carry their own piano with them and are often forced to play on unfamiliar pianos. But don’t use this as an excuse for not playing well.
Now you will develop your unique tone, phrasing, and rhythm, and you will be able to produce the sound you need on any ordinary piano.
