Features: This volume includes the interpretive part of The Catalogue and Interpretation of Gold Inscriptions from the Western Zhou and Eastern Zhou Dynasties. The author pioneered the establishment of the standard vessel dating method and classified the inscriptions by era and country, transforming the "chaotic" traditional bronze vessels into a complete system. This made the author's bronze inscriptions not only systematic chronological historical materials but also systematic national historical materials. We have conducted collation and marginal annotations. To preserve Guo's handwritten annotations, certain textual variations in the original book that the author did not correct during his lifetime have been retained in this edition.
