Features: "Research on Legislative Issues of Educational Examinations" is a key research project under the National Education Science "Tenth Five-Year Plan." Approved by the Office of the National Education Science Planning Leading Group in April 2002, the research team was composed of the Education Examination Center of the Ministry of Education, the Chongqing Municipal Admissions and Self-Taking Examination Office, and Southwest University of Political Science and Law. After more than two years of arduous investigation, collection of materials, and dedicated research, the project was completed in October 2004 and passed expert evaluation. As an important part of the project, the "Draft National Education Examination Law of the People's Republic of China" was also reviewed by experts, contributing to the legislative process of educational examinations in China.
