It aims to analyze and elaborate on the relationship between enterprise innovation and corporate culture, specifically addressing issues faced by Chinese enterprises, and providing insights for business operators. The book is divided into seven chapters, with the main content as follows:
Chapter 1: Enterprise Innovation and Corporate Culture. Enterprise innovation is the lifeblood and soul of a company, a key to its prosperity, and also one of the most important concepts in corporate culture. Enterprise innovation requires the nurturing and cultivation of a corporate culture environment; in turn, enterprise innovation enriches and develops corporate culture, creating a symbiotic relationship.
Chapter 2: Enterprise Strategic Management and Corporate Culture. After the 1990s, the world saw a resurgence of the "strategic wave." Many enterprises revitalized themselves through strategic restructuring, restoring their vitality and maintaining sustained competitive advantages.
Chapter 3: Technological Innovation and Corporate Culture. Technological innovation is the soul of enterprise development. It is not merely a technical issue, nor is it simply about equipment, investment, or location, nor can it be solved solely with talent. Technological innovation must fully meet market needs, align with technological trends, and align with the company's development strategy.
Chapter 4: Marketing Innovation and Corporate Culture. The fundamental purpose of enterprise production is to meet customer needs. Producing goods is to sell them, and if products do not sell, the enterprise has no value. Selling goods is the center of business activities.
Chapter 5: Organizational Innovation and Corporate Culture. Technological innovation, marketing innovation, strategic management innovation, institutional innovation, and other aspects of enterprise innovation all require organizational innovation.
Chapter 6: Enterprise Institutional Innovation and Corporate Culture. In enterprise innovation, institutional innovation is the most fundamental. Taking Chinese enterprises as an example, without institutional innovation and reforms oriented toward the market economy, they may fall into the abyss of failure, leading the national economy down a downward path.
Chapter 7: Globalization and Diverse Corporate Cultures. Globalization has emerged, with global trade, markets, finance, production networks, culture, and the environment becoming increasingly evident. This book attempts to share the author's long-term research findings on enterprise innovation and culture with readers, hoping to contribute modestly to the development of Chinese enterprises.
