The book is divided into two parts: Part one is the basic knowledge of the general principles of criminal law, mainly introducing fundamental concepts such as law, criminal law, crime, and punishment, serving as general knowledge for students or providing a knowledge base for case discussions. The second part is the case analysis of specific criminal law offenses, primarily adopting the approach of "teaching through cases" to help students understand specific crimes such as offenses against public safety, offenses against the rights of citizens and democratic rights, offenses against the social order, offenses against the socialist market economy order, and property offenses. 2. "Analysis": Analyzes the provided case from aspects such as criminal composition, legal provisions, and legal responsibilities.
3. "Warning": Educates the students themselves, offering relevant suggestions and requirements.
4. "Problems and Discussion": Presents practical questions to students, stimulating their curiosity to explore issues and providing a platform for debates and discussions, enabling students to learn summarizing and reflecting.
This book is primarily aimed at middle school students in grades 7-12 and is presented in the form of a reader, allowing students to use it purposefully, systematically, specifically, and selectively under the guidance of their teachers. Over the course of a semester, teachers and students can select 5-8 cases to study, integrating them with comprehensive practical activities and research-based learning.
