Features: The errors corrected in this book are the ones you have made, the problems discussed are the ones you need to solve, and the content covered is what you can't easily find in general English dictionaries. The term "error" used in this book is used in a broad sense. For example, if a new multiple-choice question has two or more correct answers, we all consider it an "error." Additionally, appropriate expansions are intentionally added after some entries to illustrate a point or a usage through each error. Some classifications and summaries are hard to find in recently published English dictionaries. When selecting erroneous language entries, we always adhere to the principle that any selected error must come from formal publications or national unified examination questions. Therefore, these errors are mostly subject to multiple checks and often have a certain degree of concealment. Some have even been repeatedly referenced and emphasized by dictionaries, leading to the adverse consequence of spreading misinformation among readers. For such errors, we cannot simply label them as wrong without providing sufficient evidence and examples, striving for credible examples. Only in this way can we ensure that readers are convinced after reading. To achieve this, all evidence and examples must be well-documented (including book titles, authors, etc.). We do this not to intentionally (trouble) any author, but to ensure accuracy and seriousness, and also to facilitate readers' further verification and confirmation.
