The course objective is to help students understand and gradually master logistics distribution planning and management: order processing, distribution methods, distribution operations, and technology, as well as the management and application of distribution costs. Chapter 5 focuses on explaining the categories, structure, and functions of logistics distribution centers, as well as the operation and management of distribution center operations. The course objective is to help students understand and master the workflow of logistics distribution centers, the selection, design, and operation management of logistics distribution centers. Chapter 6 focuses on explaining service marketing strategy and its selection. The course objective is to help students understand and master the two operational management indicators of logistics service marketing: service quality and customer satisfaction, and their application in the logistics service management process. Chapter 7 focuses on explaining the standardization of international logistics, international logistics business, and international freight transportation. The course objective is to help students understand and master international logistics business and international freight transportation, as well as the planning and design, operation management of international multimodal transport and international logistics centers.
