Features: According to the plan for the formulation and revision of water conservancy and hydropower technical standards by the Ministry of Water Resources, the "Construction Code for Pumping Stations" was organized and formulated by the Rural Water Conservancy Department of the Ministry of Water Resources, with the Hubei Provincial Department of Water Resources as the leading unit. This standard shall come into effect on April 1, 1999.
