Among them: "Asset Appraisal" is the core subject of the National Certified Asset Appraiser examination, "Economic Law" is a comprehensive legal subject, and "Financial Accounting," "Basic Principles of Machinery and Equipment Appraisal," and "Basic Principles of Construction Engineering Appraisal" are professional foundational subjects related to appraisal. Adhering to the principle of highlighting key points while covering comprehensively, the "2005 National Certified Asset Appraiser Examination Syllabus" clarifies the scope, content, and key points of each subject. The syllabus is divided into three parts. Part 1 is the examination objectives. The second part is the basic requirements for the examination, which categorizes the examination content into three levels: mastery, familiarity, and understanding. It determines the depth of knowledge candidates are expected to master. "Understanding" refers to general content related to the profession. "Familiarity" refers to content closely related to the profession, and "Mastery" is the key content of the profession.
