Features: Background of Compilation: There are 160 million school-aged students under 18 in China, scattered across various levels and types of schools. Every day, incidents of campus injuries, both minor and severe, occur, making them almost impossible to prevent. Some of these injuries have clear responsibilities and are easy to determine, while others are complicated to pursue, placing significant pressure on schools' normal operations. To address this, we organized relevant experts and scholars to compile the "Handbook on the Determination of Responsibility, Compensation Standards, and Legal Application for Campus Injury Accidents." This book: clarifies the nature of the responsibility schools bear toward students; establishes the principles of school liability; refines the scope of school management responsibilities; specifies the methods for resolving disputes over campus injury accidents; defines the items and standards for compensation for student injury accidents; proposes channels for funding compensation for campus injury accidents.
