Legal document writing

Author: Compiled by the National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Guidance Committee

Publishing Date: 2004-01-01
Features: The writing of legal documents is a process in which the author, as a legal subject, expresses the legal acts they have implemented in writing. It is a practical activity that comprehensively applies various knowledge to write legal documents. As a writing activity, the writing of legal documents is constrained by its object—legal documents—and forms some characteristics that are distinct from other types of writing. After extensive research, we have finally found a solution: during the period of unrevised and unrevised textbooks, we compiled the "National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Leaflet Series" to provide with content closely related to the textbooks that has changed significantly, meets the quality standards of self-tuition exams, and is indispensable. In the national unified examination, this content will account for 5 to 10 points. We hope that candidates will pay attention to studying the corresponding "National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Leaflet Series" when learning the course outline and textbooks. It should be noted that this does not increase the candidates' study burden, as we either replace the corresponding content in the textbooks with new content or make limited additions to the original content. To help candidates study, we have also opened a column for study guidance and self-assessment exercises in the "National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Leaflet Series." Bringing the school to the homes of self-tuition learners and paving the path to success for them is our fundamental purpose. We welcome candidates, self-tuition workers, and every knowledgeable individual who cares about self-tuition work to provide suggestions and opinions, and work together to make the "National Higher Education Self-Tuition Examination Leaflet Series" better.
