Features: Compared to other writers from the 1980s, Qi Youyi stands out. Although the book deals with teenage love, it focuses on the pains of growing up and the dignity of life. The author's smooth and agile writing is enduring and long-lasting, and the characters are very vivid, making it a must-read. This is a completely different kind of novel from other teenage novels. While reading, you can easily feel and touch the quite vivid and restless emotions of youth, expressed through details. From reading Qi Youyi's work, one can see that his sense of language is excellent. He doesn't like to flaunt vocabulary; his language is direct and clean, looking simple, but when read consecutively, it carries a deep meaning, which requires extraordinary skill and talent. This novel lets you read it in one go without any feeling of fatigue. Qitian is a kind-hearted bad boy. After getting into the key high school Tianhe No. 1, his life became quite difficult. He couldn't stand the talkative homeroom teacher and the well-behaved kids around him. To make school life easier, he moved to live near the school, only to find that the League branch secretary Weiwei Miss is his neighbor—and from then on, he began his life of "studying and slacking off at the same time." After entering his senior year, Qitian won first prize in the New Concept Composition Competition, becoming one of the lucky ones who could "go to university with one essay." He transformed from an ordinary high school student into a nationally recognized figure, and his life changed completely. However, Weiwei performed poorly in the college entrance exams. What will happen to them? This is a novel with strong autobiographical elements. The author successfully portrays the life of young people today, making it one of the rare masterpieces in recent years.
