Features: "Yongsheng Taiji" is a set of exercises created by the author through over 50 years of exploration and practice in health preservation and cultivation. It distills the essence of cultivation methods from the author's "Comprehensive Health Preservation and Anti-Aging Studies" and has been refined and revised through teaching practice. It resembles Tai Chi in form but is essentially a (mind-body) exercise that organically combines the I Ching, medicine, martial arts, and Qigong. It integrates Tai Chi, medical guidance, traditional health preservation methods, and modern fitness exercises. Guided by the movement of the limbs, it combines breathing techniques (tuna), acupoint stimulation, and energy circulation (guanqi) to regulate internal organs one by one, enhancing their physiological functions and improving pathological changes. The set consists of eight sections and fifty-five forms. It features elegant and refined postures, smooth and graceful movements. It embodies the beauty of Tai Chi, "like flowing clouds and flowing water," without overly difficult techniques, making it easy to learn and practice. It combines the fun of Tai Chi with the practicality of health preservation, anti-aging, and medical care. It emphasizes the combination of stillness and movement and places great importance on the cultivation of the "mind-spirit." It seeks not only a strong body but also a well-rounded inner spiritual world. Therefore, it is suitable for both middle-aged and elderly people for health preservation, anti-aging, and disease prevention, as well as for young and middle-aged people for beauty enhancement, fitness, and anti-aging. It is an excellent exercise program for popularizing fitness activities.
