Features: The German language teaching professional publisher Langenscheidt has published the German textbook MonmentMal, which is a highly favored basic German textbook for both teachers and students. The appendix of the workbook in this textbook includes a "Grammar Overview" spanning over 30 pages. This overview features German examples and simple German explanations. The book "A Day in German Grammar" translates and supplements the original examples, adding concise and accurate Chinese explanations and textual annotations. The original German examples are presented alongside Chinese explanations, allowing readers to deepen their understanding of grammar structures while comprehending them. This book is concise and to the point, providing a comprehensive overview, enabling beginners to grasp the overall picture with just one volume. The Beijing branch of the Goethe-Institut uses the MomentMal textbook in its intensive courses. Due to the institute's advocacy of monolingual teaching principles, students often encounter difficulties while reading the "Grammar Overview" on their own. Reading a detailed and comprehensive Chinese grammar book, on the other hand, feels like throwing students (especially beginners) into a vast jungle, leaving them bewildered when faced with the complex phenomena of German grammar. In light of this, the Beijing branch of the Goethe-Institut, based on its German language needs, with the support and funding of the German publisher Langenscheidt, translated and supplemented the grammar appendix section of the MomentMal textbook into a book titled "A Day in German Grammar," which was published by FLTRP.
