Features: In the past decade, due to the rapid progress in tumor research, an increasing number of chemotherapeutic and biologic drugs have been developed and made available for clinical use. Consequently, clinicians, medical students, and nurses urgently need a concise and comprehensive clinical manual summarizing the application of antitumor drugs for reference at any time. This book covers the basic clinical antitumor drugs, divided into four parts: commonly used chemotherapeutic drugs, biologic response modifiers, newly developed molecular-targeted and gene therapy drugs abroad, and some commonly used traditional Chinese medicines with antitumor and immunomodulatory effects. Most molecular-targeted therapy drugs have already been marketed abroad, while a few are undergoing Phase II clinical trials and may potentially be launched. To facilitate the use of clinical medical staff, this book briefly summarizes the mechanism of action, pharmacokinetics, indications, contraindications, dosage, dosage forms, efficacy, compatibility, and adverse reactions of each drug in as concise a form as possible. Additionally, based on our clinical experience and reference materials, we have specially compiled a section on clinical application protocols for reference by colleagues. For drugs with multiple names, including different English and Chinese commercial names from various manufacturers, we have made every effort to compile them for easy reference.
