Features: Snail meat is a high-protein, low-fat, cholesterol-free, highly nutritious health food containing 20 kinds of amino acids. Based on the author's decade-long experience in snail farming, combined with teaching, research, and development work, and with the joint efforts of (extensive breeders), this book was compiled.
