Features: In recent years, the research on autonomous learning in China has entered a phase of simultaneous theoretical understanding and practical implementation, education and psychology, showcasing unprecedented prosperity. Currently, there are numerous publications on autonomous learning in China. Despite this, many primary and secondary school teachers still feel unable to grasp the essence of autonomous learning, accurately define the roles and functions of both teachers and students in the process, or guide students in autonomous learning within classroom settings. With the intention of fostering moral awareness and translating it into action, we have compiled this book. In the writing of this book, we extensively referenced existing research findings, grounded ourselves in the practical needs of primary and secondary school teachers, and focused on highlighting the practicality and operability of autonomous learning. For example, instead of delving too deeply into the theoretical foundations of autonomous learning, we provide a detailed analysis of the necessity and feasibility of implementing autonomous learning in primary and secondary schools in China. Additionally, when discussing each point, we not only employ logical reasoning but also strive to illustrate them with relevant case studies, and so on. However, whether this book has successfully achieved its initial goal of "highlighting the practicality and operability of autonomous learning" can only be judged by the readers.
