Features: Seeking the "way" of education is something every educator has been striving to explore and actively experimenting with. This has always been a seemingly easy yet truly challenging problem that perplexes teachers. This book aims to offer inspiration, reference, inspiration, and belief through the explorations and practices of educators from different regions, disciplines, levels, and backgrounds, thereby transforming students while also transforming themselves.
"Education" is a very broad term, but here we refer to a narrower concept, which specifically denotes our particular school education. The definition of education is: "Teaching is education; nurturing is also education." The two are synonymous, emphasizing the same idea. "Teaching" in daily language generally means imparting knowledge and skills. Thus, teachers not only teach students knowledge but also, more importantly, help them grow in morality, temperament, character, courage, wisdom, interpersonal skills, etiquette, and diplomatic relations. All of this education is rooted in the teacher's selfless love for students and their unwavering dedication to the cause. Therefore, we have selected and compiled content based on this principle.
"Education has a way" is an interpretation of the teacher's "love" for students and their dedication to the cause, a reflection of the saying "A teacher with high knowledge is a role model; integrity is the norm," and the embodiment of our teachers' "wisdom of love." The Way of Education merely gathers the ripples of ordinary days in teachers' lives. There are still many waves surging in the frontline, flowing in the unnoticed, ordinary world. We are willing to continue absorbing them.
