Features: There was an incident like this. A person had a heart attack while traveling and someone on the scene immediately took first aid measures and called "120." Ten minutes later, the ambulance arrived, and the friend was saved. Seven years later, the same person had another heart attack, but died in the bathroom at home, with family members in chaos. In fact, he would have lived if someone had "punched him twice" on the chest. Among people with heart disease, 87% of heart attacks occur outside the hospital; half, or even 2/3, of acute myocardial infarction deaths occur at home or on the way to the hospital. If someone can receive effective first aid within 4 or 5 minutes of an unexpected incident, the chance is 50%. If it exceeds 10 minutes, there is no hope. The danger people are in is often not a dead end for life, as long as you don't collapse mentally, stay calm and composed, and know how to use certain survival and rescue skills, you can turn danger into safety.
