1. Guessing Word Meaning: Select 10 commonly used key words from the unit; design a context for each word, placing the target word within it as the object of guessing. 2. Cloze: Provide a short passage with 20 blank spaces, with each blank separated by 4-6 words. Offer four options (A, B, C, D) for each blank. The options primarily consider the context and context, as well as various grammatical categories and word distinctions, but do not focus on grammar.
3. Reading Comprehension: Provide four to five short passages, each followed by 20 comprehension questions, with four options (A, B, C, D) for each question. The questions include: detail-based questions, calculation-based questions, sequencing questions, main idea questions, word-guessing questions, and inference-based questions.
