Features: "I am the only person I know who is so happy, excited, satisfied, and serious when writing popular fiction." Esiu introduces herself in this way. Esiu's novels depict the dark tide of reality in calm tones, express nostalgic sorrow with indifference, and lightly brush past intense emotions in the heart, yet the shock it brings is doubled. This series is a collection of Esiu's works, consisting of 20 volumes, including: Small Tricks, Like a Petunia, Blazing Flames, Fragrant Sea, Evening Without a Moon, City Without Seasons, Rose Story, Blooming to Tea, Red Dust, Pomegranate Drawing, We Are Not Angels, Happy Bo, Stranger, Cinder, Waltz, My Half-Life, She Is More Luminous Than Fireworks, Chain, Golden Years, If Heaven Has Feelings.
The protagonist, Fragrant Sea, inherits a legacy and becomes the head of a large enterprise. She seeks attention, renting out the entire concert hall just to listen to music. Her black speedboat, without warning, strikes a sailboat that has inadvertently entered her waters with the force of a cannon, then leaves carelessly. Even more unimaginable is that while chairing a high-level business meeting where billionaires gather, she is actually combing her hair. The elderly present at the meeting begin to speak, but suddenly, a young man walks in through the door, pays no attention to the gathered crowd, carries a toolbox to the speaker's podium, opens it, takes out a white cloth, and wraps it around the speaker. Everyone is stunned, not knowing what is happening, while the young man picks up a comb and scissors, completely focused on fixing Fragrant Sea's hair.
