The report argues that the credit system for listed companies is a systematic project, with "listed credit" being a unique form of credit for listed companies, and the effectiveness of corporate governance being the foundation of listed company credit. The Foreign Commercial Law section includes three papers, and the Master's Theses section includes two papers.
