In a lifetime, being able to live happily and joyfully is a dream in everyone's heart. The ancients said, "The world is shaped by the mind." Whether a person is happy does not depend on what they possess but on how they perceive what they have. In other words, happiness is a positive mindset. Happiness is a purely subjective inner awareness, a sense of spiritual fulfillment. A person who can find and discover happiness in the ordinary daily life is happier than others. When we feel satisfied and happy, we are happy. When our hearts shine, the outside world is also bathed in sunlight. Only by not being swayed by desires can we discern priorities, understand the principles of the world, and avoid conflicts with others and our own nature, free from the troubles of society's right and wrongs.
The clouds in the blue sky, the water in the bottle—this is the harmony and unity between humans and the world, a realm of authentic life. Being able to turn ordinary days into days full of charm, make heavy life light and lively, turn hard times into sweet and precious moments, and make complicated matters simple... Work for the sake of work, not just for money; Love without remembering others' criticisms of us; Dance without caring if anyone watches; Sing without thinking about whether anyone is listening. Live happily like this, and we will feel as if we are living in paradise. Happiness is the nature of the wise. Hugo said, "What is broader than the sea is the sky, and what is broader than the sky is the heart." To keep your heart rooted in harmony and free from trivial matters, you must nourish it with the fountain of wisdom. Happiness is the sublimation of knowledge, the crystallization of wisdom. The meaning of life does not lie in how many bumpy roads we have traveled but in how much wisdom we have gained from them. These timeless human insights will help us recognize true life and true happiness. Life is a journey of suffering, may you be happy every day!
