Features: When compiling this series of books, we focused on the following points: First, we aimed to reflect the new developments in economic science. Not only did we arrange new branches such as environmental economics, network economics, and knowledge economics in the structure, but we also ensured that the content reflected the latest achievements in economic development. Second, the content should be comprehensive, systematic, and scientific while being easy to understand and accessible, using plain language to express profound theories. Third, we handled the relationship between editing and authorship well. This series not only incorporates the latest achievements in domestic and international economic research and teaching (the "editing" aspect) but also combines the author's teaching and research practices and results, as well as their understanding of real-world economic life (the "authorship" aspect). Without extensive research ("editing"), the author would struggle to broaden readers' perspectives and grasp the essence of the field; without a foundation in teaching and research ("authorship"), the would lack soul and become detached from reality. Fourth, we paid attention to the combination of "cold" and "hot" topics. We required that when discussing "cold" fundamental theoretical issues, we should integrate the logic and philosophy of real life, and when addressing "hot" practical issues, we should provide theoretical satisfaction.
