The entire series consists of thirteen books, including "Principles of Political Economy," "College Chinese," "Introduction to China's Foreign Trade," "International Trade," "Principles of International Trade Practice," "Principles of International Finance," "International Cargo Transportation," "Insurance of International Cargo Transportation," "Principles of Accounting," "Applied Statistics," "Business Correspondence," "Business Negotiation," and "Business English." "Principles of International Trade Practice" is a fundamental course for the International Economics and Trade major. It elucidates the basic theories, knowledge, and skills of international trade, with selective introduction of customary practices, trade conventions, and relevant legal knowledge in international commodity transactions. In response to the needs of the current situation, we organized some teachers and graduate students to compile this textbook. Considering the characteristics of college teaching, we have tried to highlight its practicality, novelty, and simplicity in the writing process. The arrangement of chapters is as close as possible to the actual operational procedures of business. Thought questions and case analysis questions are provided at the end of each chapter to facilitate teaching and learning. The final chapter on e-commerce is more comprehensive and enriched than the original textbook, which also meets the needs of current business development.
