Company Financial Management Case

Features: Currently, most books on corporate financial management are translations, with case studies primarily from foreign contexts, which are not suitable for the Chinese context. The authors are professors at California State University and visiting professors at Tsinghua University. Since 2000, when they taught corporate financial management courses to MBA and undergraduate students at Tsinghua University, they deeply felt that the existing cases were not suitable for teaching needs. As a result, they decided to write a case manual specifically tailored for Chinese teachers and students. The book consists of ten cases, selected based on the principle of meeting both the teaching needs of instructors teaching corporate financial management courses and the learning needs of students. This allows students to apply the theories, models, analytical methods, and tools learned in class to real-world enterprises and analyze them from a management perspective. The book is suitable as a supplementary case textbook for MBA, EMBA, or senior undergraduate students in financial management courses.
