Combining decades of experience in writing English textbooks and teaching reference books, as well as practical teaching experience, the author has analyzed and studied the English papers of the past ten years of the junior high school entrance examination. By connecting with the actual preparation status of candidates in previous years and the common mistakes made in past exams, and referring to the examination syllabus requirements, over 1,000 must-be-tested words and their related words have been selected. These are organized into two main parts and an appendix, based on the new exam types and items of the junior high school entrance examination.
The first part includes the keywords of the examination syllabus, ranging from "able" to "write." Under each word, there are four key sections: syllabus definitions, preparation examples, key point analysis, and related words. The second part mainly focuses on preparation strengthening exercises, which include an analysis of examination types and self-tests. This section selects examples of preparation types, listing preparation examples, key point analysis, and self-test exercises. Each type of example is analyzed in detail, providing targeted guidance. Multiple sets of self-test exercises are included to help candidates familiarize themselves with the types of questions, conduct immediate reinforcement training, thereby improving their problem-solving speed and accuracy in exams, and achieving the goals of reviewing, consolidating, and cultivating comprehensive English application skills.
The appendix provides the answers to the self-test exercises in the second part.
